Position: Commercial Plumbing Specialist

Work Location: Northern Region

The ideal candidate will be tasked with:

  • Executing scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks within their area of expertise, as assigned by the Scheduler or relevant management.
  • Managing inventory by ordering necessary parts through purchase orders and overseeing van stock levels.
  • Participating in the on-call rotation as needed.
  • Offering insights and solutions to resolve maintenance challenges.
  • Measuring, estimating labor, and determining material needs for subsequent tasks using the red reporting system, along with completing comprehensive Red Reports.
  • Submitting accurate electronic worksheets and timesheets in a timely manner.
  • Providing photographic documentation of work completed before and after tasks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Performing duties safely and diligently, in accordance with company policies, procedures, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant plumbing certifications.
  • G3 Unvented Qualification.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Prior experience in Commercial Plumbing.
