Job OverviewFinancial Accountant - Global Healthcare Sector

A Financial Accountant is sought by a leading global healthcare organization to collaborate closely with the Accounting Director across various international business units.

The role entails overseeing month-end closing processes and managing general ledger activities, while serving as the main liaison for designated international markets. The successful candidate will foster relationships between the UK headquarters and the South American accounting teams.

Additionally, the Financial Accountant will engage in special accounting initiatives and provide support to management as needed, while also working collaboratively with other departments to enhance and streamline processes.

Key Qualifications:
  • Part-qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Experience in accounting roles
  • Familiarity with SOX, US GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related numerical field
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus

Position Details:
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 based on experience
  • Permanent full-time role
  • Hybrid work model: 3-4 days in the office
