Hygienist Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hygienist to join our team at Brake Bros Limited. As a Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our production areas.

• Implement and maintain 'clean as you go' policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing tasks to prevent contamination and maintain food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Identify and report any potential hazards or areas for improvement

• Good powers of concentration and observation to maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity
• Comfortable working in a chilled or hot production area
• Availability to work a late shift (16:00pm - 01:00am) with flexibility during peak season
