We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Carlisle Station Hotel, Sure Collection By Best Western. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel is clean, comfortable, and inviting for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Clean and maintain all guest areas, including guest rooms, public areas, linen rooms, and cupboards, to the highest standards.
  • **Service Delivery**: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard and that any damages or breakages are reported promptly.
  • **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure that all equipment is returned to its allotted storeroom at the end of each working day and that the storerooms and working areas are clean and tidy.

**Requirements**

  • **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the importance of attention to detail in housekeeping.
