Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Churchill Retirement PLC. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to move-in day.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and budgeted selling prices for our developments.
- Develop a deep understanding of our sites and the benefits they offer to customers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams, as well as external partners, such as agents, sales partners, and solicitors.
- Utilize IT databases to manage sales leads and progress sales through to completion.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in new homes sales, preferably in the retirement market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Proficiency in using IT databases.
