About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our Kindergarten team at Affinity Education Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that foster a lifelong love of learning in our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindergarten room
  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the unique interests and strengths of each child
  • Support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards

Requirements

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification (or currently studying with 50% completion minimum)
  • Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain
