About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Manager to join our team and lead our Backend Software Engineers in developing and delivering high-quality software products. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of 6-12 Backend Software Engineers
  • Developing and implementing software architecture and design
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensuring the quality and reliability of software products

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong technical leadership skills and experience in managing small to medium-sized teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Java, Python, and AWS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
