B2B Sales and Account Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Account Management Coordinator to join our team at Resource Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of 20+ customer accounts, including key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Process sales orders, manage customer communications, and ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, purchasing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Attend and organize exhibitions, events, and trade shows to promote our products and services
- Perform general office administration duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
