About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Secretary to support our Regional Managing Director and team with administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general secretarial support to the Regional Managing Director, including preparing and setting up for meetings, compiling and issuing monthly board packs, and taking minutes at regional board meetings.
  • Handle general incoming telephone calls and enquiries, process purchase orders and invoices, and upload expenses and credit card transactions to the online expenses system.
  • Organize regional events, such as annual kick-off days and staff Christmas parties, and complete general administration projects and tasks as required.
  • Assist with day-to-day facilities management for the building and services, including ordering office stationery and collecting kitchen and welfare provisions.
  • Coordinate all outgoing post and couriers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Senior Administrator with excellent organization skills.
  • First-class IT skills, including MS Office and experience with databases.
  • Ability to work outside of routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to thrive in a busy and varied role.
