Seed Operator

At Ethero, we are seeking a skilled Seed Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare machines, equipment, materials, and supplies for planned jobs.
• Set up machines and prepare bags and labels for efficient production.
• Control the bag filling process, monitor chemical coverage of seed, record production, and label bags accurately.
• Assist in cleaning machines between varieties and seed lots to maintain high-quality standards.
• Clean and pack away machines after use to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
