Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain agricultural machinery, including tractors and combines, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and repair problems with machinery, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
  • Install and demonstrate machinery as required.
  • Work closely with service and workshop managers to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Travel to customers in the surrounding area to service and repair machinery.
Requirements
  • Qualified in Land Based Engineering at a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in HGV, Plant, or Construction.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and manufacturer-specific training to develop and update your skillset.
  • Experience working with agricultural machinery and ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in challenging conditions and deadlines.
