About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced painter and decorator to join our team at Care UK Residential. As a Regional Decorative Specialist, you will be responsible for internal and low-level external redecoration for our care homes across the Southwest London region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorate homes inside and outside following the Regional Facilities Manager's instructions.
- Complete a Risk Assessment/Method Statement for each project.
- Order materials and consumables from the Care UK Property Helpdesk.
- Apply and implement Health & Safety protocols.
- Manage stock control and maintain accurate job sheets and Verisae records.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience of painting and decorating in a residential or office environment.
- City & Guilds level 2 in Painting & Decorating.
- Current CSCS card (Construction Skills Certificate Scheme) including CITB Health, Safety and Environment test.
- Full driving licence.
