We're looking for talented individuals to join our Safety Engineering Graduate Programme. As a graduate on this programme, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in safety engineering, working on a range of projects that will help you grow your career.

What You'll Do
  • Learn about hazard identification, analysis, and mitigation
  • Develop your understanding of production, manufacturing, project management, design, and safety
  • Work on placements at several of our sites and projects, training with safety case authors, human factors consultants, and engineers of all disciplines
  • Collaborate with other specialists, such as those in environmental management
Supporting the Royal Navy

Your work will contribute to the safe design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of Royal Navy submarines. You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects and develop your skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
