Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team in Oxford. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform instruction.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in childcare.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver extra-curricular activities that enhance children's learning experiences.
