Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Barrow-in-Furness and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, supporting them to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills. You don't need any social care experience, but you'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
