Join Our Team as a Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Head of Finance/ CFO. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance leader who wants to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and development. You will be responsible for leading our finance function, developing and implementing financial plans, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans that align with our organization's strategic objectives
  • Lead the finance function and manage a team of finance professionals
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory bodies
  • Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and statutory bodies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Significant experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in a multi-academy trust or similar organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
