A 17th century coaching inn with oodles of character and traditional features awaits a new manager. The Unicorn, located in the heart of Deddington, boasts a beautifully refurbished interior with open fires, exposed beams, and a private walled garden.

  • Newly refurbished kitchen, bar area, and restaurant
  • Exposed beams and open fires for a cozy atmosphere
  • Private walled garden with seating area
  • Six ensuite letting rooms and separate function room

The restaurant seats approximately 40 covers, while the bar area accommodates 24 covers for drinking or dining. A separate snug room offers 15 covers, and the function room seats 30. Back of house features a well-equipped catering kitchen, separate washing and food prep areas, and a laundry room.

Business Opportunity:

A 3-year or 5-year fixed term or renewable tenancy agreement is offered with a full tie to buy all drinks from Wells and Co. Pub Partners. A limited company will be required, with all Directors providing a personal guarantee.
