We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Etive House Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £14, with a Welcome Bonus of £500.
- Flexible contracts available, ranging from 22 to 44 hours per week.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum, plus overtime opportunities.
- A meal provided during shifts, as well as pension, onsite parking, and uniform.

Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 qualification in care or a related field.
