Key Responsibilities:
- Assist culinary professionals in meal preparation and cooking, adhering to established company guidelines.
- Serve meals and beverages to clients, staff, and visitors with care and attention.
- Maintain proper storage practices and ensure effective stock rotation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas, equipment, and furnishings.
- Collaborate with the catering team to uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen and related areas.
- Engage with the broader team, including dietitians, to discuss dietary needs and meal planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualifications in catering (preferred).
- Understanding of COSHH and HACCP regulations.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

You will be part of a supportive and dynamic environment focused on rehabilitation and care for individuals with mental health conditions.
