About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program 3D tube and 2D flat parts for in-house laser cutting machines.
  • Manage customer orders effectively, using your strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and customers during design and development discussions.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding and experience with SolidWorks/CAD software.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting both 2D and 3D technical drawings, whether for individual parts or complete product assemblies.
  • Time Management: You excel at prioritising tasks based on urgency, complexity, and the time required for cutting.
  • Communication: You have a clear and professional communication style, comfortable engaging with both customers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge: Some familiarity with metal specifications and laser cutting methods is an advantage, though not essential.
  • Teamwork: You can work effectively within a team but are also confident in handling tasks independently, solving engineering challenges, and taking initiative.
  • Willingness to Learn: You are eager to learn new skills, with full training provided to the right candidate.
