About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate AAT Course Leader to join our Business and Accounting Team at Burton and South Derbyshire College. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning experiences to learners on AAT accredited programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess AAT programmes at various levels, including Level 2, Level 3, and Higher Education provision.
  • Coordinate exams for a range of outstanding employer-responsive AAT qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and stakeholders to ensure programme relevance and quality.
  • Contribute to the development of the Business and Accounting curriculum, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant to industry needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners.
