Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Pricing Analysts to deliver profit and growth targets across our home product
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for new portfolio segments, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Own the overall pricing algorithm/structure across the new segments of our home business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pricing strategies
- Proven experience in pricing or commercially focused analytical roles
- Strong numeric and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Python or other coding languages
- Mentoring and training experience, with the ability to lead junior colleagues
- Customer-focused mindset, with a keen eye for profit opportunities and a commitment to doing the right thing
