About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our North West London venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the venue's operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations.
  • Support the development of your team through coaching, guidance, and training.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £37,000 and £42,000, including TRONC.
  • A bonus scheme, including a £4,000 bonus and optional profit share.
