Ridgeway and Co are partnering with a leading commercial contractor to find an Externals Site Manager in Cambridge, with a salary of up to 80,000 per annum. The ideal candidate will have strong, versatile skills to oversee facade works and later manage units envelope works. Key responsibilities include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management. Additionally, the Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and handling other project packages as the work advances. The successful candidate will have experience managing commercial projects, a minimum of 5 years' involvement in Commercial projects, a desire for a permanent role, and excellent organisational and team management abilities. Proficiency in computer skills is also essential. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to project management and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
