Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement team in the evaluation of competitive tenders for the supply of goods and services
  • Negotiate with suppliers on all commercial and contractual matters
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to deliver cost savings and commercial benefits
  • Build strategic relationships with critical suppliers and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement processes and procedures
  • Work closely with commercial teams to negotiate contracts and deliver savings and value add for the category
  • Develop market know-how and gravitas to influence major decisions
  • Collaborate with other members of the procurement team, internal stakeholders, and external parties to seek continued improvement in the category value

Requirements:

  • ~2-4+ years of procurement experience, with a strong track record of commercial achievements
  • ~Expertise in indirect procurement, with knowledge and experience in facilities services
  • ~Procurement experience within complex global organisations
