Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QTS Tutor to join our team. As a QTS Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality 1:1 tutoring sessions to primary and secondary school children in core subjects. You will work closely with our team to provide tailored support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 tutoring sessions in core subjects, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • Assess individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of tutoring services.

Requirements:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE.
  • Experience teaching primary or secondary school children.
  • Strong knowledge of core subjects, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
