Menlo Park is collaborating with a reputable and established GP surgery seeking to appoint a Senior Practice Nurse Leader for a part-time role of 30 hours per week. This position is designed for an individual with a solid background in nursing, preferably someone who has experience in a managerial capacity or is prepared to advance into such a role. The successful candidate will manage a small team while also handling a variety of clinical responsibilities, including representing the nursing team in various discussions and meetings. Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from GBP48,000 to GBP51,000 per annum FTE, dependent on experience, along with NHS pension, five weeks of annual leave, bank holidays, and indemnity coverage.
