We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellness Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness and wellbeing services, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple departments, including fitness programming, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site standards and team performance.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and delivery of fitness programs, including studio classes and personal training.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness and wellbeing industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
