About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychotherapist to join our Therapies and Wellbeing Team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our integrated care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering psychological support to children, young people, and families during some of their most difficult moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the Therapies and Wellbeing Team, ensuring a positive and productive team environment
  • Facilitate group therapies and one-on-one sessions, promoting holistic care for children and families
  • Build strong internal and external relationships with professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
