Salesforce Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Development Lead to join our team at Aviva plc. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within the allocated area(s) of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design, build, and delivery of systems that help grow the business, explore new technologies and tools to help and advance the technology development and optimise design.
  • Manage a team focused on technology development, providing guidance while ensuring compliance with internal policies, best practices, relevant laws, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement DevOps best practices, working knowledge of Azure ADO is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building.

This role is based in Bristol.
