**Job Summary**
We are seeking an exceptional Behaviour Mentor with a sports background to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with a range of needs in a mainstream primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with RAD, SEMH, ADHD, and other additional needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Use sports-based interventions to promote social, emotional, and behavioral development.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong understanding of sports-based interventions and their application in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A competitive salary range of £90 - £100 per annum (dependent on experience).
