Overview:
Are you a dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Instructor seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Remedicare Education is thrilled to present openings for SEN Instructors within our innovative Phoenix Centre, which provides alternative educational provisions. We are in search of educators who are committed to making a significant impact on the lives of their students.

Currently, we support 25 students, primarily at the secondary level, and are excited to enhance our educational offerings by introducing AQA awards. We invite experienced secondary instructors to join our team and contribute to the development of our curriculum.

Role Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting personalized classroom instruction on a one-to-one basis.
  • Providing outreach support to students with higher needs.
  • Collaborating with outreach mentors to create and implement tailored educational packages.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for education and employ an engaging teaching style.
  • Have prior experience in a SEN environment.
  • Be knowledgeable about the UK Curriculum.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in various educational settings.
  • Uphold professional standards while fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this position.
