Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Associate to join our team at Knightwood Associates. As a key member of our technical advisory team, you will provide critical technical guidance to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with practices, developers, and contractors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, particularly the Building Safety Act (BSA), across high-risk buildings throughout RIBA stages 2-6.
  • Ensure the Fire and Emergency File is in place during the design phase.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in construction and building safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
