Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Personnel Selection. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality housing cases for our filters, developing manufacturing methods, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce housing cases and transfer them to stage inspection.
  • Conduct quality control and inspection to ensure adherence to our quality plan.
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding and fabrication in stainless steel.
  • Continuously improve manufacturing methods and develop new techniques.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are always maintained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and complete mandatory training courses.
  • Adhere to ISO standards and health and safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Line Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in welding and fabrication within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in TIG welding and stainless steel fabrication.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Experience in sheet metal working (bending, rolling, forming, etc.) and cranes and lifting experience (desirable).
