Role Overview:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing individualized and small group support to students with Autism.
2. Assisting in the execution of personalized learning plans and ECHPs.
3. Supporting the classroom educator in delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
4. Aiding in the management of classroom behavior to cultivate a positive learning environment.
5. Collaborating closely with fellow teaching assistants and staff members.
6. Participating in daily briefings and planning sessions.
7. Promoting a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages student growth.

Candidate Profile:
