We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Ready Made Investments & Ready Made Pensions Team as a Financial Services Advisor. This role involves providing first-class service to our customers, working with new systems and processes, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and queries, providing accurate and professional information to resolve customer issues.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Take ownership of customer problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and customers feel valued.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- IT literacy and proficiency in using a variety of systems and software.
