Join one of the UK's premier supermarket chains as a Warehouse Operative. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution processes.

Compensation Details:
  • Afternoon Shift (2pm - 10pm): £14.61 per hour
  • Weekend Shift: £17.00 per hour
  • Bank Holiday Rate: £20.38 per hour
  • Overtime (37.5 hours): £20.38 per hour
  • Night Shift (10pm - 6am): £17.00 per hour
  • Weekend Night Shift: £18.00 per hour
  • Bank Holiday Night Rate: £23.78 per hour
  • Overtime Night (37.5 hours): £23.78 per hour
  • Overtime Weekend Nights: £24.78 per hour

Work Schedule:
Fixed shifts are available, including:
  • 10-hour shifts from Sunday to Wednesday
  • 7.5-hour shifts from Sunday to Thursday

Your Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, your key tasks will include:
  • Picking various products including meats, fruits, baked goods, and more
  • Stacking items efficiently
  • Meeting productivity targets
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy in all tasks

This position involves physical activities such as heavy lifting and repetitive motions.

The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who thrives both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Attention to detail and precision in your work are crucial.

While previous experience in a warehouse setting and familiarity with manual handling equipment is advantageous, it is not a requirement as comprehensive training will be provided.
