We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Campaign Coordinator to join our team at Nationwide Building Society. As a key member of our Personalisation & Performance Marketing Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality creative assets for our marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of creative assets for all 121 channels within the squad, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive commercial, customer, and brand engagement outcomes.
- Brief internal copywriters or partner agencies on creative requirements and manage the asset production process from briefing to final approval.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns and onward journeys.
- Manage and influence internal stakeholders, working with agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Analyse and interpret insight and data to make informed recommendations and drive campaign optimisations.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in campaign management and copywriting.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading skills.
- Experience working in a marketing or direct marketing environment, with a strong understanding of below-the-line channels.
- A self-starter with a proactive and empowered approach, able to work in ambiguity and with a vague brief.
