Guest Relations Manager

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class service to apartment guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage staff teams, including property, to raise standards and ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and customer service, implementing agreed actions to drive excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service, able to lead and inspire others.
  • Hands-on attitude with attention to detail, experience in working in the Front Office department.
  • Excellent communicator and problem solver, able to bridge communication between customer and management.
