Production Fabricator

Fourdot Affinity Ltd is seeking a skilled Production Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for the fabrication of various products primarily in Wood and Acrylic using onsite equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks according to the production plan, focusing on the pre-fabrication and fabrication of various products.
  • Utilize hand tools, diamond polishers, and flame polishers to finish Acrylic products.
  • Operate line benders and gluing stations to finish and fabricate parts for batch run products.
  • Prepare wood and acrylic for production processes.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety/environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify production improvements and opportunities.
  • Develop skills across a broad spectrum of manufacturing techniques and skills.
  • Work to a level of precision and pace as set by your Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a factory environment.
  • Experience in using tools and equipment safely.
  • Independent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with awareness of deadlines.
  • Capacity to work under and without supervision.
