**Job Summary**

A leading digital communications company in the UK is seeking an experienced IRS, Satellite and AV Installation Specialist to join their team in Croydon. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of AV, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems for various clients, including EE, Vodafone, Sky, and Travelodge.

About the Role

The IRS, Satellite and AV Installation Specialist will work closely with the Field Service Manager to ensure that all allocated jobs are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and maintaining AV, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems for clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Completing job paperwork and reports to a high standard
  • Ensuring compliance with company quality and health and safety standards
  • Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and office staff
  • Managing assistant engineer workload on site

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of AV, IRS, SMATV, and MATV systems
  • Experience in VSAT, IPTV, and Fibre systems is an advantage
  • A full driving license is essential
  • Health and safety knowledge
  • Comfortable working at height, with full training provided
  • Knowledge of IP and routers is an advantage

Benefits

  • Standard hours of work are 8.30am-5.30pm (Monday-Friday)
  • Overtime paid for any hours over 8.5 per day
