About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager at Poundland, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and ensuring that our stores run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage stock levels, merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
