Senior Tax Investigations Manager

AP Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Investigations Manager to join its growing tax investigations team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be a CTA or equivalent qualified tax professional with significant experience in practice at a managerial level or above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tax investigations team in Manchester, focusing on COP9, COP8, HMRC Nudge Letters, and contentious tax disputes.
- Develop and implement effective tax investigation strategies to achieve excellent results.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless delivery of tax investigation services.
- Manage and mentor a small team of tax professionals.
Requirements:
- CTA or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in tax investigations at a managerial level or above.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
