Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialty Dermatologist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of exceptional dermatology services within our 660-bedded acute hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients, encompassing both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of Consultants, Specialty Doctors, Nurse Specialists, and Specialist Registrars.
- Participate in the governance arrangements of the department, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of dermatology services within the hospital.
- Attend relevant multidisciplinary team meetings, including those focused on skin cancer management.
- Engage in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, mentoring junior medical staff, and conducting audit projects.
