About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual to join our Christmas Support Team as a Temporary Stock Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stock is processed efficiently and effectively, allowing us to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, and putting stock away
  • Locate, pack, and transfer stock in and out of store, meeting deadlines to deliver to customers on time
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service to customers
  • Support and effectively communicate with colleagues and managers at all times, providing excellent customer service

About You:

We are looking for a team player who is flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for our customers and colleagues. You will be a great communicator, able to work well under pressure, and take pride in your work, approaching all tasks with energy, pace, and dedication.

What's Next:

As part of your application, you will be required to complete an online assessment, which will involve a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
