- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and continence care, as well as medication management and manual handling.
- Support service users in achieving their desired outcomes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and maintain the health, well-being, and mobility of service users, reporting any concerns to the management team.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, promoting their social inclusion and community engagement.
- Previous experience in a caring role, preferably in a homecare setting.
- Training in Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, First Aid, and Moving & Handling.
- NVQ Levels 2&3 in Care or equivalent qualifications.
- Possession of a driver's license and use of own car with relevant insurance.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.12-£12.62.
- A 30p per mile fuel allowance.
