Job Opportunity: Senior Research Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Manager to join our Policy and Research team. As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for managing medium- to large-sized research projects, controlling budgets and timescales, and overseeing teams of researchers and experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and oversee research and evaluation methodologies, including mixed-method research techniques.
  • Conduct primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research methods, such as desk research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and statistical analysis.
  • Produce high-quality written reports, presentations, articles, and use other dissemination channels to successfully conclude projects.
  • Work with Ecorys Directors to lead proposals for new work and research opportunities to grow the company's portfolio of EU market opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the development and delivery of evaluation or research, including analytical approaches that feed into EU policy areas.
  • Strong technical skills and enthusiasm about business development, with a track record in winning new projects and tender writing.
  • Experience of stakeholder management and building and maintaining client relationships with multidisciplinary and multicultural research teams.
  • An excellent level of spoken and written English and strong presentation skills are essential.
