About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our maternity administration team as a Maternity Administration Assistant. This role will involve supporting the Maternity Referrals process by registering new patients onto EPIC, booking their appointments and ultrasound scans, in line with national guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Maternity Referrals process by registering new patients onto EPIC
  • Book appointments and ultrasound scans for patients
  • Jointly man the Maternity appointments phone tree, taking calls from patients about appointment changes, requests, and questions
  • Monitor and action relevant EPIC work queues as required
  • Reschedule and cancel clinics when needed and respond to EPIC in-basket and email inbox queries
