Key Responsibilities
As a Childcare Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing daily operations of the nursery.
2. Leading and mentoring a team of childcare professionals.
3. Ensuring compliance with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and Ofsted standards.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in a childcare setting.
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, guiding and supporting teams.
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and fostering their development.
- A comprehensive understanding of EYFS regulations and Ofsted requirements.
