Job Title: Lead Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Engineer to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Quality Engineering function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Quality Engineering, with experience in leading teams and delivering quality assurance strategies. You will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

You will have a strong understanding of agile and non-agile development practices, automated builds, continuous integration, code quality metrics, configuration management, and other relevant technologies. Experience with performance testing tools such as Performance Center, Loadrunner, Jmeter, and Dynatrace is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement test strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver quality assurance strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks
